You’ll be responsible for:

• You have an extensive experience in operational management: 100+ people
• You have successful cases of mass hiring, operational support, customer service, training and adaptation systems, quality control
• You know how to create a P&L, you have a knack for unit economics, and you can set up management reporting.
• You enjoy budgeting and planning; you can quickly build any financial models, look for patterns in the data, and optimize costs.
• You managed the financial and legal functions in the company.
• It is a huge advantage if you have already worked in education.

You’ll be responsible for:

• You're open-minded, friendly, and empathic — you love working with people, supporting and motivating them.
• You worked as a supervisor or coordinator of educational courses for at least two years.
• You write clearly and without mistakes.
• You know how to plan your time and work in a multi-tasking mode.
• You have excellent managerial skills and like to take the initiative.
• You're ready to deal with students' problems, motivate them, and lead them to the end of the course.
• You're ready to work Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
• You're not afraid to work with various services: Google Tables, Slack, Zoom, Miro, Confluence.
